4 Game Guarantee – 3 Pool seeded into Single Elimination Bracket
| All teams must be available and ready to play at any time. |
| Field head umpire has the right to start games up to 20 mins early if tournament is running ahead of schedule therefore teams should be ready to play 20 minutes prior to game scheduled time. |
| Game Clock starts at the conclusion of the plate meeting. |
| No 5-minute grace period to end the game early. |
| Each team will provide 3 balls per game and present balls to umpire prior to using |
POOL GAMES
| 90-minute drop dead unless run ruled 10/4 8/5 |
| Coin Flip determines the home team in all Pool Play games. |

BRACKET GAMES
| Bracket will be Single Elimination |
| 8 team minimum to split Brackets into Diamond or Gold. 12 or more teams we will add a Silver Bracket |
| 90-minute finish the inning unless run rules 10/4 8/5 |
| High Seed chooses (Home/Visitor) in all Bracket Play Games |
| Courtesy runner must be a sub 1st if no subs available then Last batted out |
| In the event of a Tie modified “California Rules” will be played. |

Modified “California Rules” will be played (if after one inning, game is stilled tied, another inning will be played)
*Each team starts with one out.
*Last recorded out will start on 2nd.
*Each batter starts with a full count.

If after two innings of modified “California Rules” and no winner is declared then: The Game will go into "Sudden Victory" format.
*Manager of both teams meet at homeplate with umpire
*Umpire will flip with home team (higher seed) choosing Heads or Tails
*Coin flip winner chooses to play offense or Defense
*The offense will start with last batted out on second base
*The offense will follow its batting order used toughout the game
*Each batter will start with a full count
*If the offense scores before the defense can get an out. The offense is declared the winner
*If the defense records and out before the offense can score. The Defense is declared the winner.

RESTRICTIONS
| No metal cleats in teams 12u and under. |
| No Metal Cleats or Metal Spikes are allowed on portable pitching mounds and/or any turf surfaces. |
| No Food &/or Drinks of any kind are allowed on any turf playing field. |
TOURNAMENT AND/OR GAME CANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS
| If a team has played two games, no refunds |
| If team has played one game 50% refund |
| If no games are played 100% refund |
| No other refunds are offered. |
OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD
| An OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be filled out and turned into Home Plate Umpire at or before Home Plate meeting before the beginning of each game. |
| All players participating in the game must be entered on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD to be eligible to participate in the game. |
| Any player arriving after the start of a game must be listed on the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD that was turned in to the umpires prior to the start of the game. |
| Late players may be added to the OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD at any time during the course of the game. However, they must be added before they are eligible to play. |
| All players on OFFICIAL LINE-UP/SCORECARD must be listed on the official roster uploaded prior to start of tournament. |
BAT WEIGHT LIMITATIONS
| All Wood and/or Non-Wood Bats stamped with any of the following |
| (BBCOR .50), (USSSA 1.15 BPF), (USA Baseball). |
| 4u-12u: (No weight restrictions) |
| 13u-14u: (No bats lighter than -5 max) |
| 15u-18u: (No bats lighter than -3 max/BBCOR ONLY) |
