Seasonal year begins on 8/01 of the calendar year and runs until 7/31 of the following year.

Age-Up Date: The Players age of eligibility fo the season is determined by the Players age on January 1st.

What ever the players age is on January 1st is what age group she will play for the season. 

Example 1:

A Player turns 9 on 01/05 of the seasonal year she can play 8U until 07/31 of the calendar year and then on 08/01 must start playing 10U.

Example 2:

A Player girl turns 9 between 8/01 of the calendar year and 12/31 of the calendar year she must as of 8/01 of the calendar year begin playing 10U for the Seasonal Year.

Example 3:

A Player turns 11 on 01/05 of the seasonal year she can play 10U until 07/31 of the calendar year and then on 08/01 must start playing 12U.

Example 4:

A Player girl turns 11 between 8/01 of the calendar year and 12/31 of the calendar year she must as of 8/01 of the calendar year begin playing 12U for the Seasonal Year.

Example 5:

A Player turns 14 on 01/05 of the seasonal year she can play 14U until 07/31 of the calendar year and then on 08/01 must start playing 16U.

Example 6:

A Player girl turns 14 between 8/01 of the calendar year and 12/31 of the calendar year she must as of 8/01 of the calendar year begin playing 16U for the Seasonal Year.
